Meridian Plaza, Topping-Off Party

Located across the street from California's State Capitol, Meridian Plaza is the first high-rise building built in downtown Sacramento in 15 years.  Having reached its full height, yet still under construction, the soon-to-be available premium office space was showcased at a "Topping-Off" party.  Guests included 200 real estate leasing agents and brokers who enjoyed a construction site themed party featuring mashed potatoes with a choice of ten different toppings served in logo branded mini-hard hats.  Hors d'oeuvres were staged on new industrial aluminum dustpans and passed by formal clad waiters wearing orange safety vests and hardhats as accents.
